Equalisation Workshop: The Frenzel Manoeuvre

Learning the Frenzel Manoeuvre is one of the most critical skills for freediving equalisation. It is also typically the biggest limiting factor for freedivers new to the sport.

This dry workshop will cover the physiology & physics of equalisation, and introduce the Frenzel manoeuvre step-by-step, with exercises using the Molchanovs equalisation tool. These exercises are designed to help you learn the manoeuvre and prepare you for your next depth session. A stretching routine will be included to help you gain flexibility to equalise easier and reduce chance of injury. 

Each participant will receive a free Molchanovs Equalisation training tool.
