An adjustable neck weight with the following features:

A durable and comfortable 3 mm neoprene pouch
Adjustable weighting system - The neoprene pouch has 5 pockets. A maximum of 1 x 250g and 1 x 500g plate can be inserted into each pocket so the pouch can hold from 250g to 3.75kg, with increments of 250g.
Adjustable strap to fit the circumference of the neck weight to your neck. The length of the neck weight can be adjusted from 42 to 53cm.
