AIDA Kick Off Comp 2025 | A Zen Freediving and Get EcSTAtic collaboration
The first local competition in 2025, jointly organized by Zen Freediving and Get EcSTAtic!
We have a wonderful freediving community in Singapore! With this competition, we aim to bring everyone together, to celebrate the talent that we have and encourage those who have never competed before to discover this new realm of freediving. Overseas freedivers are welcome to join too!
Competition Dates
8 Mar 2025 | 12-3pm | Static or Any Dynamic discipline | Venue - Sports Lifestyle Centre, 3500A Bukit Merah Central, S159837 (50m pool)
9 Mar 2025 | 12-3pm | Any Dynamic discipline | Venue - Sports Lifestyle Centre, 3500A Bukit Merah Central, S159837 (50m pool)
You can choose to do one or both days. Overall placings will be calculated using the points from both days.
Points system:
- Static- 0.5 per second
- Dynamic- 1 per metre
The competition briefing will be held on Zoom on Friday 7 March at 8pm.
Registration fee
Single day - $75
Both days - $140
Payment should be made to Tom from Get EcSTAtic at least 2 weeks before the competition start date for confirmation of attendance (details provided after registration). Registration closes 3 days prior to the start of the competition.

In the spirit of expanding the freediving community, we are sponsoring these prizes:

If you don't want to compete but would like to be involved, we do need volunteers! Please email us at info@zenfreediving to volunteer.
Volunteers allowance of $25 per day will be provided.
