All four pieces are built specifically for freediving, which means the gear works with your technique from the very first dive.

Best for: Anyone new to freediving, whether you’re about to start a course or have just finished one.

Your kit

• CORE Silicone Bifins: Foot pockets shaped for left and right, with arch support and eight stabilising rails to keep your kick efficient and straight-legged. Hypoallergenic, UV-resistant silicone.
• CORE Freediving Mask: Ultra-low volume to save air when equalising, with a soft skirt, shatterproof resin lenses and an easy-adjust strap.
• CORE Freediving Snorkel: Purge-valve-free and splash-guard-free, with a flexible tube and soft silicone mouthpiece that sits neatly under the strap.
• Flex Neckweight: The piece that completes the setup. A 3 mm neoprene pouch spreads the load across the back of your neck, and the modular pockets let you fine-tune your ballast, 500g at a time, for pool or depth work.
