Introduction to Depth Freediving | Molchanovs Wave 1 Depth Component
This course is the open-water depth component of the Molchanovs Wave 1 certification, designed for students who have already completed the Molchanovs Lap 1 pool course. On the day, you will travel to Lazarus Island to practise depth freediving, equalisation, and rescue skills in open water. Successful completion earns you the full Molchanovs Wave 1 Freediver certification.
Group size is kept small to ensure each student receives individual coaching on equalisation technique, body position, and safety protocols at depth. We also offer private 1-to-1 coaching if you prefer dedicated instructor attention throughout the day.
