Your personalized program will be created by Michelle, a seasoned freediver experienced in both pool and depth training, competition, and coaching. Each program will include key elements such as technique refinement, mental preparation, fitness, flexibility and mobility to meet your specific needs.

What's included: A dedicated 45-minute call to discuss 2-3 topics of your choice (can include video technique analysis).
