We offer a 30-day return policy for physical items. This policy means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:
We encourage you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-refundable Items:
We cannot provide refunds for courses, workshops, and gift cards.
Custom-made wetsuits are non-refundable.
Custom-made fins (monofin and bifins) are refundable up to 80% of the purchase price depending on the degree of customization.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Please note that we cannot refund the shipping costs for your purchase or your return unless the refund is due to a faulty item. In that case, we cover the shipping and return costs.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
