Freediving Trip to Bali
We will be organising a freediving trip to Amed, Bali from 4 - 8 October 2018!
It will be filled with training and fun dives, including freediving with the manta rays and mola mola (hopefully!) in Nusa Penida and exploring the Liberty wreck in Tulamben.
We will be staying at Ocean Prana, a freediving centre located in Jemeluk Bay, Amed, which is 15 m away from the beach and features training spots to 60 m. They also offer daily yoga classes and we will be organising pranayama and visualisation classes for all our freedivers.
This trip is open to freedivers of all levels who have taken at least an AIDA 1 course (or equivalent) before. The cost for the trip is $600 (excluding flights). There is ONLY 1 SPOT LEFT for recreational freedivers. So hurry before it's all gone!
In addition, we will be running an Intermediate Freediving course (AIDA 3 certification) concurrently during this trip (theory and pool segments on 22 & 25 September 2018).
This course is for those who are interested in improving their freediving techniques to go to greater depths and stay longer underwater. You will cover more advanced theories of freediving, training concepts, planning a dive session, safety and rescue, the physics of freediving, equalisation techniques, and how to prevent injury while freediving.
AIDA 2 certification (or other course equivalent) is prerequisite for this course.
For students interested in taking the AIDA 3 course, the cost for the course and certification is $720 per person ($690 for students who have completed their AIDA 2/equivalent or have a current training package with us) and the trip cost is $300. There are ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT for AIDA 3 students. So book in with us today!
