Flex Neck Weight

A practical neck weight with the following features: 

• A durable and comfortable 3 mm neoprene pouch 
• Adjustable weighting system - The neoprene pouch has 5 pockets. A maximum of 1 x 250g and 1 x 500g plate can be inserted into each pocket so the pouch can hold from 250g to 3.75kg, with increments of 250g. 
• Adjustable strap to fit the circumference of the neck weight to your neck. The length of the neck weight can be adjusted from 42 to 53cm. 
• Width of pouch - 6cm
• Quick release buckle
• Can be used for pool and depth freediving
