Breathing for Relaxation Online Workshop (Free)
Singapore is known to be a stressful place to live, and living in a pandemic for more than 2 years has taken a significant toll on our mental health. In freediving, we learn relaxation techniques for breath holds - but these techniques can be applied to our daily lives any time, anywhere, to help us relax in stressful situations. That’s why we’re hosting a condensed 45-minute Breathing For Relaxation workshop to pass on these skills, especially to non-freedivers.
Our workshop is free for all and will be held online. The link for the workshop will be sent to you a day before.
Note: The scope of this workshop will be limited to breathing exercises on dry land only. Participants will get a $10 discount voucher that can be used for our entry-level courses that involve pool or open water sessions.
